Hi,
Your symptoms can mean anything from being premenstrual, urinary tract infection, early pregnancy and a bowel infection. If you have always had a regular period and now have a missed period, please get a home pregnancy test done 3-7 days later with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can also get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres for an earlier clarification. Urinalysis needs to be done to exclude infection. Further management can be planned after the preliminary investigations. Hope this helps.
