Could Frequent Vomiting, Nausea And Slight Fever Indicate Food Poisoning?

I think I have food poisoning. Although what I saw that I thru up was the orange and handful of potato chips that I ate in the middle of the night. I ate dinner (2 pork taco s and guacamole and chips) early yesterday around 5pm, it didn t seem like that s the food that came up. I thru up for 1/2 hour and agin and shortly after another 15 minutes, and now my stomach is nauseous. I am tired and have a headache and slight fever. I have eaten at this restaurant for 20 years.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may not be food poison but could be due to dyspepsia, another reason could be hyperacidity and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day" no need to worry about this, take care in diet, just have a light diet, else this nothing to worry, hope this is information helps, take care have a nice day
