Could Getting Mild Cramp, Headache, Heartburn, Sore Nipples, No Period Are Signs Of Pregnancy?
Hi, I get my period very regularly at the end of every month. It is now just over a week late. No sign of it coming at all. I feel off. Have mild cramps. Headaches. Heartburn. Sore nipples. Just don't feel myself. Is it very likely that I'm pregnant ? I'm scared to check ...
Hi, Thanks for the query. If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy. Just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy. Delay in periods can occur due to many causes like hormonal imbalance, thyroid abnormalities, anemia, stress and strain etc. Better to go for urine test for pregnancy. Delay in testing can lead to increased gestational age and may make the abortion difficult. So, better to go for early confirmation. If test comes negative, you can consult gynecologist once and can take to induce withdrawal bleeding. Take care.
