Could Headache, Weakness And Dizziness Indicate Stroke?

Yesterday I had a headache almost all day and this morning when I woke up and tried to lift my head up I felt the room spinning around me I had to lie down again and tried again but was the same. In my third attempt I closed my eyes then was able to sit on my bed. Slowly I moved around and till now I am still having light dizziness when I look down or back. I feel kind of weakness but no other symptoms. Is this could be a sign of stroke

Hi,

Yes, it may be but you should check your blood pressure first. Take proper opinion from general physician. General checkup is needed, if giddiness still persists.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakesh Bhatty, General & Family Physician
