Hi,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
Signs of
pregnancy are vague and range from nausea and
vomiting to increased urinary frequency and some women do not have any complaint except the missed period.
Spotting during period may be due to pregnancy and
implantation bleeding [bleeding that occurs when the baby has not completely obliterated the uterine lining in early pregnancy],
missed abortion where the baby is not alive but still inside the uterus, hormonal imbalances especially thyroid, cervical polyps and erosions.
Bad gas and burping with
heartburn may be due to
indigestion and lack of proper sleep and exercise. For this try a light diet like soups and oatmeal, take a short walk twice daily, avoid eating food with spices and oil and sleep for at least 7-8 hours everyday. Low fat yogurt also helps to improve digestion.
So I suggest that you get a urine test done to rule out pregnancy. If the test is positive an
ultrasound will be needed to determine fetal well being. If the test is negative, consult a gynecologist for an examination and tests to determine other issues like erosion or hormonal imbalances.
Hope this was able to satisfy your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
