Hello,
Oily taste in the mouth, heartburn,
chronic diarrhea, light colored stool, dark urine, yellow tinted skin may be symptoms of gall bladder problems. However, fresh blood in the stool may be due to
internal hemorrhoids, anal fissure, IBS,
gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer,
colorectal cancer, etc. Increased thirst is due to dehydration since you are not diabetic. Stay well hydrated, take ORS and food rich in iron, calcium and other minerals.
You are suggested to get clinically examined to detect if you have gall bladder, liver disorder or hemorrhoids or cancer. Your treating doctor will require you to do blood tests, urinalysis, stool tests and imaging tests. You will be treated accordingly (with medicines, counselling,
physical therapy, surgery if required). You can take antacid and PPIs for relief, take pain relievers (Combiflam), one SOS when pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
