Could Heaviness In Head Be Due To Anxiety?

Hi I had a question. I ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety for the past two days now. My head feels very heavy and that s been worrying me a lot. Currently, I ve switched medications and was wondering if that had anything to do with it, or is it just anxiety?

Heaviness in head may be due to both i. e. as a side effect of medicine or anxiety.
you said you have recently switched some medicine and some medicines initially causes this symptom.
In my opinion you should immediately report to your nearby psychiatrist so that he can evaluate you and advise accordingly.
