Could Hickey On Breast Cause Lump?

I received a large hickey on my breast about a week ago. It was on my right breast to the left side of the nipple. Most of the discoloration has disappeared but I noticed a couple of days ago that I have a lump in the same area that is more long than round in shape. It s hard when I touch it and yesterday I noticed that that area and close to the nipple, my breast itches. I have no redness or irritation on the breast or nipple. My question is can I get a lump on my breast from a hickey? I m 60 years old, 5 5 and weigh 150 lbs.
