Could High Blood Pressure Be The Cause For Reduced Energy Levels?

im 60 and get plenty of sleep but fill so warn out....i work with children at a daycare hour 6 30 til 3 330, at times i have to stay extra busy i fell as if i could go to sleep. every once in a while i feel a slight discomfort on mainly my left side, I do have high blood pressure and do take meds, for that, I dont know why i feel so drained most of the time
