Could History Of Fracture In C7 Cause Sensitive Area At The Nape?

I have a strange sensitive area on the left side of the back of my neck. It is just below the base of the skull. It feels very sensitive to the touch. I have full range of movement in my neck, although when I look upwards, I feel the pain of the sensitive skin. I fractured the C7 vertebrae about 12 years ago, but I was wondering if this could be related

This is unlikely to be due to your old C7 fracture. But there is chance that you might be having problem in the other cervical vertebrae (either undetected at that time or new one). C1 and C2 pathology can produce similar symptom. Hence you should consult someone and undergo the necessary imaging.
