I fell and hit my head yesterday. I could hear what was going on around me, but my leg really hurt. I wasn t making sense (my friend said for a couple minutes). My vision was very blurred for about 10 minutes. Rescue squad came, and my bp was very low, but rose to normal limits within about 10 minutes. I feel perfect now. do you think i need to worry (I have no health insurance)

Any head injury followed by 1) Loss of consciousness 2) Vomiting 3) Frothy discharge from mouth 4) Passed urine or stools involuntarily 5) Seizure activity 6) Blurred vision
If any above symptoms or in a combination of it should be immediately reported to the emergency department. However, in your case, it's better to get a CT scan of the brain done to rule out any hemorrhage or other types of injuries.
