I have had sex an hour ago and straight afterwards I felt very sick i was having hot flushes and I experienced bad stomach cramps followed by diahera. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

well, your normal cycle of 40-45 days, is kind of out of the normal range of 21 to 35 days. This is already a sign of possible problems with fertility. A cycle of 40-45 days means ovulation occurs between days 26 to 31. Hot flushes may be as a result of rise and drop in estrogen which normally accompanies the LH surge during. So, its still too early to tell if you are pregnant. But Ovulation has most likely taken place. A full evaluations including your age and obstetric history and associated symptoms are necessary for complete evaluation, so see a doctor.
