Could Hot, Red Rashes, That Is Spreading, On Buttocks Of A Child Indicate Fifth Disease?

Hi, my daughter (7) has a red rash covering her entire butt area, and it seems to be movinh down the back of her thighs.. its just a red rash, no itch but fevered to the touch.. she feels fine otherwise but just keeps saying her butt is very hot.. my 9 yr old had fifth disease about a month ago, could it possibly be fifth disease?? I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I know if it is, it could harm my baby, so I really need help with this please.. thankyou in advance for your opinion and medical advice.. :-)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really can understand your worry but this is just nothing to worry this condition are not at all harmful to your baby, this could be allergic rash this type of condition seldom require medicine, if this does not subside even after couple of week then you can start the following medicine.
1) Diphenhydramine lotion apply this on affected area
1) Diphenhydrramine tab. three times in day
this will for sure cure the allergic rash, have nice times
I find this answer helpful
