Generally, follicular study means that the growth of the egg follicle is observed serially with the help of ultrasound scanning. It does not in any way assist you in achieving a pregnancy. It just tracks the growth of the egg. Follicular rupture means that ovulation has occurred. Being sexually active around this time increases your odds of getting pregnant. Duphaston contains progesterone, it supports the growing pregnancy in case fertilization occurs. You can do the pregnancy test as soon as the period is skipped , and you are 2 - 3 days overdue.
