Could Inability To Walk And Imbalance Of Body Be Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

I have sinking sensation for over a year now, but twice heavy attack that cause me not to walk can t keep my balance, been to emergency thrice for thesame complain, underwent MRI n Ct scan found nothing, but I took amlodipine for hypertension, feeling full in the right temple

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Inability to walk and inability to keep your balance is suggestive of disorder of inner ear rather than a heart attack or any other cardiovascular disorder.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the inner ear and relevant investigations.
Continue with your anti-hypertensive treatment.
Fullness in the right temple region could be due to raised blood pressure.
Thus, get your blood pressure monitored regularly to detect high blood pressure and its appropriate management.
