Could Infarctus Be The Cause For Lack Of Availability Of Oxygen To Foetus?

I was 5 months pregnant and my water broke. While in the labour room, I had an infarctus. - I still gave birth naturally. The baby did not survive: 2 pediatricians took the decision to remove the oxygen. That was back in 1972. My question is: did my infarctus had anything to do with her not being able to breathe properly?
