Could Intermittent Increase In Heart Rate After Blood Transfusion Be A Matter Of Concern?

My daughter had a blood transfusion on 12/24. Her hct was 9 but she was symptomatic (very weak), so they transfused 1 unit. She is still feeling weak (although not as bad as the night she went in) and intermittently experiences an increased heart rate. Is this normal?

hct 9 correlates Hb of 3. So with 1 unit of transfusion her hb increases by 1 point i.e her hb jumps from 3 to 4. So still the patient is severly anemic.
In severe anemia patient will her hyperdynamic circulation and they feel weak and have high heart rate. So here complication is patient may collpase. so patient should contact her physician and should get additional units of blood transfusion.
