involuntary occassional movements of tongue, combined with left side arm only weakness. loss of ability to speak x 20 sec max few times. hosp checks show no sighn of TIA, all tests normal wxcept blood salts which are low??? bp 140/78come off lexapro 10 one week ago. been on it only 2 weeks. ecg normal..
age of patient? why is the patient taking anti depressant? if it was given for initial symptoms of Parkinsonism probably Parkinsonism has progressed now.and patient might require addition medication like levodopa. brain imaging studies look normal in parkinson's ... and hyponatremia is side effect of the drug lexapro the patient is taking...
