Could It Be Arthritis To Experience Knee Pain After Having Open Prepatellar Bursectomy Because Of An Injury?

I am a 52 year female and I have had an open prepatellar bursectomy of my right knee because of injury in MVA. It's been 8 years now and I am having increasing knee pain and difficulty going up stairs and sometimes getting up from sitting position. This has suddenly gotten worse since October. Is this arthritis setting up or something more serious?

You have typical symptoms of arthritis.
At you age it might be starting of arthritis.
You need to get x ray ap in standing and lateral view.
Now to stop the arthritic changes you need to do is dont sit on floor dont sit in squitting position and dont climb stairs.
