Could It Be Herpes? The Day After Having Sex I

Could it be herpes?
The day after having sex I found a pimple like bump (only one) under the skin on my vagina. It feels tender like a large pimple without a head does but it does not bother me otherwise. There was some irritation to the area during sex, and experimenting with condoms meant to provide different experiences. I have recently been tested for basically everything but herpes and all the tests came back clean. Today is the second day with it and it is less sensitive and seems a tiny bit smaller.
