I have had gynea problems all my life and recently i have had viginal discharge with blood and bad smell. I am 43 and have had a year of poor health fatigue and weakness on the left side but no evidence of any issues in blood test however did prove positive for the heliobacter bug in my stomach.My stomach is swollen constantly. The most recent issue with the discharge after swab coliforms were present. I feel there are alot of minor irritations going on with me which is affecting my strength could it be menopause.
