Could Itching In Anus Be Caused By Pin Worms?

Itchy Anus.
Ive been having really bad itching at my anus and im getting worried because ive been woken up by this horrible itching at night and hardly get any sleep. Ive done research and im worried it might be pinworms or caused by drinking to much caffein. Can someone please help me.

* Yes it can be pin worms by narration requires microscopic confirmation of
eggs in the tape applied in peri anal region or tissue wipe , as in stool
only 5-15% chances of eggs only .
* Treatment consist of Tab. Zentel (400)mg at night for 2 days , repeated
at 15 days interval again
- local hygiene with thorough hand washing are vital.
