Could Itchy Scalp Along With White Flakes In Hair Be Due To Dandruff?
Hi, my daughter has itchy scalp. I have checked her scalp and I don t see anything. It looks clean and normal colour. I have just noticed a few white flakes in the threads of her hair, not many, just a few. I am not sure is those could be nits or not? I have never seen them. Could it be dandruff? Thanks.

If are funding flakes on the scalp and if she is complaining of itchy, then it is due ti dandruff.
Give her head bath daily for 21 days using Ketoconazole shampoo. There after she can use it twice a week.
Let her also use Selenium containing shampoo twice a week.
That should make her scalp healthy and free from dandruff and itch.
