Could Itchy Testicles And Penis With Pain Below Belly Button Indicate STD?

Hello Doctor, I have a question. I think I might have an std because for a while now I ve been having these itches on my testical both the sack and the penis. Also I ve been kinda having pains under my anus and itching there too. Just recently I ve had a pain below my belly button and sometimes a pain in my penis, like threw the tube that carries urine and sperm. When I go to the bathroom I don t have pain urinating. So i don t know Doctor, I m really scared. I haven t been sexually active in a long time. Last time I was, it was like 3 or 4 years ago. Please help me.

I suggest using an anti fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream.
I also suggest using Fluconazole 150 mg for three days.
I recommend using cotton underwear and maintaining a good hygiene.
