Hi welcome to health care magic.... If oral ulceration or erosions present then through oral sex HIV can spread.... In saliva HIV is in less concentration... So chance less but to be on safe side check for HIV status by ELISA test... Second you have jaundice... Rule out hepatitis b infection as it can spread through exposure by secretions of pateint.... For that also ELISA test done... Rest liver by taking low fatty food.... Fruits more.... Carrot , Indian gooseberry , apple juice , sugar can juice , dandelion etc helpful.... Third as you are having typhoid cefixime like antibiotic given for it. Small meal at frequent interval taken. Egg protein or milk taken more....
