Could Lack Of Morning Erections Be Due To Torn Frenulum?

hello im a 35 year old male. last year while having sex with my partner my frenulum tore, and is now totally disconnected from the head of my penis. I went straight to A and E,and was told its to small to be stitched back, but it would heal on its own and not to worry, just refrain from sex for 6 weeks. About 2 weeks later i noticed my errections werent as strong in the morning. another 2 weeks go by and im totally flacid and have been ever since. I now struggle to have sex and only get semi errect. I feel like a non sexual mentally now and feel betrayed by the hospital, trivialising something so serious! sometimes i feel like killing myself. what im asking is can this be fixed or no t ? If anyone can knows whats wrong please let me know. Thank you
