Could Light Pink Discharge After Having Sex While Being On Pill Be Implantation Bleeding?

Hi, I have been on combination birth control for the past 3 months and have sex without a condom with my ONLY partner. We had sex last night and this morning I woke up and found light pink discharge when I wiped. I take my pill at the same time every day, and have never skipped or lost a pill. Is there any way this is implantation bleeding or is it just a result of me skipping the placebo pills in my pack and moving on too my next pack the past couple of months. Thanks!

Taking all the pills is essential .
Actually placebo tablets allow you to gat your menses.
So skipping can lead to irregularity in menses.
Also some chances of spurious ovulation.
Do your urine pregnancy test in case you miss period.
