Could Light Spotting In Pregnancy Indicate Miscarriage?

Hi..am 6wks pregnant now with bad obstetrical history of récurent abortion also with anti phospho lipid syndrome..my first usg report shows that présence of gestational sac and yolk sac @5wks.after that i had light spotting 2times..am on clexane and aspirin..is it May be the signs of miscatriage?

Yours is indeed a high risk pregnancy. The spotting can be due to various reasons but in your case it could be either suspected abnormal blood coagulation profile or a hormonal imbalance. More elaborate investigations would have shown the cause, which I am sure your doctors have gone about. So the spotting could be indicative of a condition requiring attention that can result in a miscarriage but not directly due to a miscarriage.
