Could Light Vaginal Bleeding And Dull Pain In Vagina Be The Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

My wife recently took a home pregnancy test. It came out positive. This would be our 4th child. About 5 days ago she had abdominal cramps. We had sex last night. This morning, she woke up with light vaginal bleeding. She now has a dull ache in her vagina and still has light bleeding. Is this a miscarriage concern, do we need to go see a doctor?
