Could Lighter Bleeding And Pain In Lower Abdomen Indicate Miscarriage?

ok. i last saw my mensuration on 15th to 17th september of september and till now it has not come. it was actually suppose to start on the 12th of october. i started feeling pregnant . my breast became full and a little bit painful . but yesterday evening i started feeling pain on my lower abdomen and blood came out of my virgina. though is not as much as during mesuration. i want to know is i have lost my preganacy or is might still be instact

I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
If you had a late period the easiest thing is to have a test to confirm if you are pregnant or is it just a late period which also might cause menstrual like low abdominal and bleeding. If your pregnancy test comes out positive it is good to see a doctor. It might be a normal pregnancy but other causes need to be ruled out and more important is ectopic pregnancy or early abortion. If the doctor does a vaginal ultrasound and everything is good, the embryo is developing in the sac, than you just have to do watchful management.
Many pregnancies go on well even though there is bleeding but it is good to have a visit with a doctor if you are pregnant so you can rule out other diagnosis.
