Could Loss Of Energy Levels Be Due To Thyroid Disorder?

Hi. I am a 43 yr old woman, pretty healthy, not overweight. I had a thryoidectomy when I was 21 yrs old. I was on medication for 5 years and they couldn't get my level corrected with medication. I have been on Levothyroxine for all of these years. I get my blood work every six months for my thyroid. I was on .125 micrograms for 20 yrs and then my Dr. switched me to .150 and now for the past 6 months I have been on .200 micrograms. Everything in my body is telling me that my thryoid is off but my bloodwork is coming up in the normal range. Do you think I need to see an endocrinologist? It is just draining me and I have a feeling it's my thyroid.
