Could Lump On Ear Lobe Be The Stones Associated With Equilibrium?

I have had a small lump on my left ear lobe for approximately 2 weeks now and thought it was nothing more than swollen lymph node. This morning I woke up and could not stand up without feeling extremely dizzy. Every time I turn my head, especially to the left, I feel extremely dizzy and begin to suffer a feeling of motion sickness. The motion sickness is so bad, I've thrown up twice today. Could the lump on my ear lobe be the stones associated with my equilibrium?

Hi, you have left BPPV. Its disease of inner ear which triggers in one particular position.
Patient expereinces giddiness when ther is sudden movement of head in one direction. You have it when you turn to left.
Your lump on the ear lobe is not releted to this giddiness.
Remedy: avoid turning to left or sleeping to left side.
Avoid sudden jerky head movement, dont lift weight, avoid driving.
You can take labyrinthine sedatives like tab. Cinnarizine 25 to 75 mg twice a day for a week . Don't worry. You will be fine .its take at least 2 weeks to subside completely.
