Could Masturbation Cause Discomfort And Irritation In Urethra?

Hi, I have been having some discomfort in my urethra is I were to lightly pinch it closer the the base and sometimes the head. I have not had sex and I have been to urgent care so it isn t an std. Also sometimes after masturbation I would get some pain in my upper urethra near the head and urination would actually make it feel better. I do kind of over masturbate I think so I was wondering if perhaps that could irritate the urethra. I also at one point had some pain in my left testicle however at urgent care I had to have them checked and the doctor said they felt fine. I get really paranoid about everything and I m really confused as to what this is. I was told to have a small amount of blood in a urine sample I have.

I have gone through your query. Excess masterbation can give irritation to tip of penis. This is normal. Another condition which cause irritation on tip of urethra is kidney stones. As you had blood in urine this can be suspected also. Small sand particles of stones when they pass through urethra will give irritation. So it is better to go for an ultrasound examination to rule out possibility of stones. If that is fine then nothing to worry. Take enough water. Cranberry juice or barley water is good also.
