Could Masturbation Cause Sperm Discharge In Urine With Discomfort In Testis?

Had am 24 yes old and I have musturbsted for more than 8yrs recently when i urinate i have a sperm discharge especially when i go for long cal i also feel abnomal sand like feel on my testis and and feel like one end of each of my testis is swolen abit and also feel a discomfort on my spine. Could this be a cause for alarm

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description of your complaints, it appears that you might be having mild infection related to testis and epididymis.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum, just to rule out other causes and to confirm that it could be due to infection.
In case it is indicative of infection, kindly take the following medications:
1. Tablet. Levofloxacin 500mg once a day for 10 days.
2. Capsule Vitamin E 400mg once a day for 10 days.
3. Tablet. Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after food for 5 days.
Your symptoms should subside gradually and you should get better.
In case there is indication of any other type of lesion, you need to consult Surgeon for further evaluation and management.
