Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Masturbation is a safe act if it is done within certain limits. If you do it aggressively or rudely, it can cause mucosal injury to the genital tract and may cause bleeding. Since you have given history of unprotected sex a month ago, there are chances that you might have conceived and now it might be bleeding due to miscarriage. To rule out pregnancy and miscarriage, kindly get the following investigations done. 1. Blood levels of beta-HCG. 2. Transvaginal ultrasound scan (TVS). If any of these indicates pregnancy or miscarriage, you need to consult Gynecologist for further management. If pregnancy or miscarriage is ruled out, bleeding could be due to mucosal injury, which would heal over some time. Take care that such a thing will not repeat in future.
