Hi, earlier this month i was on Diflucan for to YI and I've been having the basic symptoms for my period, but haven't yet started. I was curious if the medicine could affect that? I was on a 7 day dose session with the meds. I am also on Birth Control and i take it everyday at the same time and i was informed that the Diflucan would not affect my birth control while i was taking it. I am 21 years old, about 5'3 and 120 lbs but i am also a type 1 diabetic so i didnt know if my diabetes and the yeast infection could affect my period.
