Could Medications Be Stopped If The Pressure Is Under Control?

IVe been on Benicar for hi blood pressure for 15 years. My weight during those years varied from 20 to 30 lbs overweight. Diagnosed with diabetes 5 months ago. Have lost 30 lbs through proper diet. BP now consistently avg 100-110 over 70-60. Can I stop taking benicar?

no you should not stop medicines for high bp..moreover u are also suffering from diabetes which increases the risk of cardiovascular complications so plz dont stop the medicine
