Could Migraines Be Related To Neutrophilic Eccrine Hidradenitis?

I have neutriphilic eccrine hidradenitis according to my dermatologist. Someone told me it could be linked to types of cancer and I frequently get migraines. Could they be connected? I am an 18 year old girl, about 145 lbs. and I have been having breakouts of NEH since I was 10, but just started getting severe migraines about 1.5 years ago.
