Could Miscarriage Be Due To Adenomyosis In Uterus?

Hi, i am 22 years Old and had a miscarrige three weeks ago. I had a vaginal ultrasound and the doctor wrote heterogenous myometrium and noted adenomyosis. I dont have any symptoms other than quite heavy periods. Does the adenomyosis get worse? And can it cause miscarriages or affect the change of getting pregnant? Also, should I try to get pregnant as soon as possible so that I can have children?
