Could Missed Periods, Acne And Growth Of Facial Hair Indicate Hormonal Imbalance?

Hi I m a 29 year old female 3 kids and for the most part in good health. For about 8 months now I haven t had a menstrual cycle ...... And I did take a couple pregnancy test all came out negative ....... I m now also started to suffer from acne and I m also seeing that I m starting to grow some chin hairs which I also never had ..... I think I might I have a hormonal imbalance .......... My dermatologist recommended the intake of water pills? What do u think ?

hello
please get a thyroid function test and an ultrasound of your uterus. all your symptoms might be due to polycystic ovarian disease better known as PCOD.
don't worry of it comes out positive. it is easily treatable with medicines.
so please report back with your rest reports.
