Could Missed Periods With Cramps And Discolored Nipples Indicate Ovarian Cancer?

Hi! First pregnancy resulted in miscarriage(7 weeks along) 1.5 yrs ago. I had very low HCG levels. Now its been 9 weeks, no period, 5 negative home tests. Waiting on results of HCG test. Symptoms: dull back ache lower abdominal cramps fatigue nipples have changed color If I am not pregnant , worried it could be ovarian cancer. Is this a possibility?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. No, ovarian cancer at this age is low probability.
2. Even if its ovarian cancer, both ovaries cannot be affected at same time.
3. It could be PCOD. Get an ultrasound abdomen for further evaluation.
Hope it helps.
