Hi, I am 46 and I missed my last period. I had a tubal ligation when I was 32. my body is acting like it does when I am ovulating with secretions and my boobs are sore like when I was pregnant. Could this be the beginning of menopause. my periods have been irregular the last couple of years. before that they were always on time.
