Could Muscle And Joint Pain Be Due To Crestor?

Have had some issues with statins in the past. Have been taking Crestor for a year or so and having a lot of muscle pain and also joint pain. I would like to stop the Crestor to see if that is the problem and if so how long I would need to be off the medication before I would see relief.
