Could My Negative Coronavirus Test Be A False Negative, Considering I Have A Headache And Nasal Congestion After Exposure?

hi i got exposed to covid 19 abut a week now. i got a nosal swab test done yesterday morning and the redults were negative. today i woke up with a headarche localized on the side of the nose where the test was done and also a congested nose. could my test have been a false negative? are these after effects of the test?

The result might be false negative or a common flu also. The chances of after effects of test are very less likely. I would advise to stay isolated and approach a general physician for treatment of symptoms.
