Could My Rib Cage Discomfort, Movable Lumps, And Abdominal Pain Be Related To Kyphosis Or Recent Weight Loss?

Been having symptoms in my abdomen ever since I lost weight... also have kyphosis. Any correlation? (Read below) pls help! Hi, I’m 18 years old and have a decent amount of kyphosis as told by a doctor and I’ve also lost a lot of weight recently. Ever since I lost a significant amount of weight I’ve felt a little rib cage discomfort and noticed on both sides of my lower inner rib cage, I have these easily movable lumps I guess. When I suck in my stomach now I also get some abdominal and even groin pain. Are these normal things that result from kyphosis? I’m just a bit nervous but don’t feel sick or even in pain just these subtle effects and things have popped up
