Could My Symptoms Of Vulvar Discomfort, Mild Spotting, And Abdominal Pain Be Due To An STD Or UTI?

I had intercourse 2 days ago and since this morning my vulva is been making feel uncomfortable and when I need to pee it burns a little. I applied an anti bacteria cream and now going to the bathroom feels better. I had 2 spottings, really mild almost nothing but I am not sure what that means and I do have some abdominal pain. My question is, could it be a STD or UTI?
