Is Low Grade Fever With Abdominal Pain And Back Pain Symptoms Of STD?

I have had a low grade fever for over a week now. abdominal pain lowere back pain, frequent urination, dizziness, night sweats,.. I went to the doctor a few days ago and did a UA, my urine came back clean.... Could I have an STD? Im scared to see another doctor

Thank you for query. It is not clear about your sex, partner history, intercourse history.these may or may not be due to STDs.it is better to get investigated By a doctor to know cause and get correct treatment.
