Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your query as you have got teeth extracted and after a few days if you have soreness in gums along with feeling of vomiting and sore gums can be due to infection at the site of extraction and headache is due to radiating pain from the site of infection..
Second reason can be, if you have soreness in gums that is generalized and confined to upper jaw teeth then it can be due to sinus infection or sinusitis..
So it will be better to first of all consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise you investigations like x ray of teeth and sinuses and confirm the diagnosis..
Treatment can be done as per the cause..
You can be given a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers and antiseptic mouthwash gargles and warm saline gargles if there is infection at the extraction site..
For sinus infection antibiotics, painkillers, steam inhalations, saline nasal irrigation and decongestant nasal sprays can relieve..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
