Could Nausea And Tiredness Be The Symptoms Of PCOs?

Hi, I m a 19 year old non pregnant, negative for std s and I m just wondering if a diagnosis for PCOS is correct or maybe get a second a opinion. I ve done a ultrasound that came back saying they found: large hemorrhagic cyst of the left ovary measuring 4.1x4 cm. With septations and low internal echoes. Free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Right ovary contains multiple small follicles. The doctor said to come back in two months but my symptoms keep persisting. Weight loss, diarreah, tiredness, nausea, a little pain and I feel like I m always full, even if I only had a salad during the day.

Generally nausea is not symptom of PCOS in any means but considering your other medical problems I will recommend you to consult a physician personally for proper evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
