Could Neck Pain And Plugged Ears Be Related To Superior Cervical Ganlio?

Could neck pain that triggers headaches, only on one side and presents with a plugged ear on the same side be related to Superior Cervical Ganlio? I had be diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia and with medication, seemed to resolved. Weeks have passed and I am once again getting headaches but they seem to me to be coming from my aching and sore neck rather than the headaches I was having.
